Nicholas has been sick but is finally on the back end of it. He had a bad cold and was really having a hard time breathing. With Tony being so asthmatic, that was the fear for Nicholas when we took him to the Dr, but it was just a cold with an ear infection thankfully. He is doing much better now. He is such a sweet baby and growing so fast!

My son.....=/

My son, what to do with my son!! I do believe Nick is a clutz!! He was outside playing basketball Saturday with some friends and came hopping in saying he snapped his ankle!! It def looked bad and he was in excrutiating pain - so off to the ER we went. They said it was a 'chip-fracture' and put him in a temp cast. We weren't able to get to the Orthopedic doc until Tues but when we went, they said it was NOT broke!! Nick was thrilled and we are so thankful - he was soo bummed thinking he was going to be put into a cast for the next 8 weeks or so. He was sent to be fitted for a brace and that is all he needs and he is even able to get around without crutches! He will have to wear it for the next few weeks and from now on when doing any type of sport, he is to wear the brace as he has a bum ankle - that is the one he broke last fall and with him being a clutz and all.... ya.
